windows 3.11 problem

The pc i have has windows 3.11 and Dos 6.2 on it. When the machine is booting up an error c:\ctcm\ctcm.exe missing or corrupted comes on screen the pc continues booting but freezes at the windows 3.11 screen. Help there is information on this pc that cannot be lost.

ctcm.exe runs PnP configuration for Creative soundcards,have a look at there website,you may be able to download it there,perhaps starting with a boot disk and remarking out references to sound in autoexec.bat might get your pc started....

I have a Windows 3.11 pc acting as a server which continually (4-5 times a day) needs rebooting as it runs batch jobs that use up memory and needs refreshing. I need to be able to detect that the memory/processes are at a maximum and when it reaches say 80-85%, the pc reboots and logs on then will restart the batch process.
