I have a cable internet connection through charter. I also have an Accton EN 1207D network card/ethernet adapater. I also have it running on Windows ME. I have the cable modem going through ethernet but I could make it through ethernet. I have access to microsoft TCP/IP and Trumpet Winsocks but other links would be appricated. I also can get Internet Explorer 3.03. Also If anyone has a link to Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.01 for windows 3.1 and the one for windows 95/nt this will also be appricated.

You only need TCP-IP , and possibly drivers specific to your card for win31.When you set it up make the settings the same as those on the other OS. it should go through the same card just fine ,but finding the drivers for your card would require a google search, although that cant be too much problem. I can help with the browsers , however. Almost every browser youve ever heard of can be found at the most invaluable resource http://browsers.evolt.org

M$ still has IE5 16-bit up on their site (http://www.microsoft.com/ie), as far as I know. I'd say use Opera, but your PC can run ME, so you don't need an efficient 16-bit browser. Besides, the last 16-bit Opera sucks. BTW, try Opera 7.02 on Windows ME. (http://www.opera.com)
