You aren't allowed to offer Windows 3.1 for download; that is piracy.

Really? That's piracy? (Technically, it's bootlegging, but I'm hardly one to split hairs.)
Oh, darn! And I was going to download it! I suppose I won't now that I know it's ILLEGAL and all.
Reminds me of the time I was about to back up one of my discs. I just about to burn a copy until I noticed the words "Please do not make illegal copies of this disc" printed on it. Well *that* stopped me cold!

Windows 3.1 is now freeware. Microsoft has abandoned it. They want nothing to do with anything before Win 95. Don't beleive me? Try to find ANY reference to 3.1 on their coperate website.
P.S. It is not illeagle to make back-up copies of software you own as long as you obey the terms of licience.
P.P.S Don't call people pirates when you don't know what the information.
