Windows 3.1 Start Menu

I heard of and have once installed a program which creates a start menu in windows 3.1 but I lost the disk. Could anyone guide me to a website where I could find the program to make like a windows 95 start menu agian? (It makes a start menu like in windows 95)

What you are looking for is Called Calmira II version 3.3 or you can even get one called Calmira XP v.3.31 .. Both are real cool... you can get it at http://www.Calmira.org I think...If not I have both on disk...

I tried calmira xp on my 386, and the color was bad. so you should have a 256 color display. also, if you want to change those min/max/close buttons into xp style, I have the pack to do that.

Its not Calmira that would mske it look bad,but your video driver..Also try 16 million color.That worked for me... I have one computer that looks just like XP by using Calmira.. Wall papper icons and cursors...

CALMIRA ROCKS! even if this is not the program you want you should get it because there is no shell better then calmira for windows 3.1, also on the website you can cheak out screen shots and more! the only package i know of to add the win9x min/max/close button is mask98 which i got from pcfreak, just get calmira II or calmira xp, calmira II if you have a low color resaloution set calmira as your shell by out a ";" minus the qutotaions in front of the line that says shell=progman.exe like this ;shell=progman.exe by the way this is in your system.ini file, make a backup in case somthing goes wrong then add the line shell="your calmira derectory"\calmira.exe save your work! now make sure you have the nesesecary dll files in you windows derectory can't think of them at the moment ask one of these guys they'll tell ya then once you installed mask98 add it to the startup panel in calmira and it'll work fine
note: don't load mask then calmira for me this cause a gfp error!
