Can you run Windows 3.1 on a 256 SD card? i really wanna keep my old floppys on SD so i dont have to degrade the floppys data and that way i can keep it in my pocket and redownload the diskette files back on thus making it still usable with older machines

In Soviet Russia, Windows f---s Bill!

And if it's just the data you want to preserve, then optical media would be better than SD, jump, flash or whatever.

Image your floppies using Winimage or similar program. Store on a CD burned at slowest speed if you want to archive.
Flash memory is for transfer, not beckup or archiving.
