Windows 3.1 help me please

Ok look I have a computer that my school gave to me then when I opened windows i found out that it was missing all the Icons including desktop filemanager and a bunch of other things. Now I got my hands on a windows 3.1 disk and i dont know how to download it into my computer i wanna erase everything off my hard drive HELP MEE

You mean there is no Main menu under the tree?
i wouldn't recommend you erase everything and install win3.1, because one, 3.1 is not an OS and you still need to install DOS first, two, you'll probably have to get Microsoft Office 4.0 for win3.x to do any thing productive, three, well, lets just say its a hassle because you'll have to find some old progs to get on the net again....
