I have been hearing rumors that Microsoft deny the existance of Win 1. The thing is I clearly downloaded it from a website and ran it on my 33. Whats up here?

Nothing is "up". Microsoft shipped Windows 1.0 on November 20, 1985, it was replaced by Windows 2.0 the next year. Microsoft no longer supports Windows 1.0. The support ceased in 1991. Of course, you would know that if you had bothered to go to microsoft.com and use the search engine.

Well if Mi¢ro$oft are trying to cover up there seedy past, PowerLoad has blown the lid on it. Thats the most detailed history of DOS & Windows Ive ever seen. Rest of the site is great as well, more support for MS-DOS and Windows upto 3.11 than they have!
