there are 16bit browsers of internetexplorer 5 und 16 bit browser netscape 4.08 to reach both works well Greetings jo

I have win3.1 and i want to connect to internet It has a modem installed i can dial through the terminal (hyperterminal) how do i dial through dial up newtwork or some thing similar to that i havent installed IE but will do that soon
