Comment:

When my PC boots up it keeps asking me for the date and time, even though it is set at the correct date and time. Then from the c:> prompt the win command does not work. However the win command does work from within the windows directory.

Has anyone any ideas, please?

connie, try editing your "autoexec.bat" file, and making sure this line is one of the first ones:

path=c:\;c:\dos;c:\windows
