You can duel-boot Windows 95 (MS-DOS 7.0) and MS-DOS 6.22. But you cannot start Windows 95 with MS-DOS 6.22!
Install MS-DOS 6.22 First.
Then Install Windows 95.
Install TweakUI, and enable 'Show Start Menu'
TweakUI can be found at www.powerload.fsnet.co.uk
But whats this got to do with the Windows 3.1 Forum anyway?

NO, Windows can only use DOS7.
