Is it possible to read Fat32 with this version of windows? Wich version of Dos do I need?

Yes it is! - But you need to use a FAT32 version of DOS such as MS-DOS 7.10 or 8.0

Not only READ, but also WRITE, i.e. full access to FAT32 drives.

DR-DOS 8.0 is not available for free download.
