Just for clarity are we talking about W3.x or W3.x WfW and what version of IE/Netscape etc are you using ?
This is not running in an emulator as you state W2K as your Operating System ? if so it is a W2K question.
W3.x is actually a GUI on top of MSDOS and MSDOS tools are usually required for TCP/IP interagation....

No guys, this com just have win3.1 no other OS. and no wfw...

Win 3.1 has no suppurt for TCP/IP protocol, but there is an upgrade diskette available to add support for TCP/IP to Windows for Workgroups only. Try to get a "Workgroups" Version with network support and write me an email if you are interested in the diskette. This disk also contains tools for checking IP Adress etc.
