I'm looking for the executible for the old cardfile
program from Windows 3.1. I've seen in old posts
on here that this has been done. Can anyone
send me cardfile.exe?
Thanks in advance.

Hi T-R-A, good one

M2G: Yeah, didn't think anybody was following 3.1 much anymore. Guess I may be one of the few holdouts (but also have machines w/everything from W95-W7 on them, too...)
I still run it too...never could give it up. Skip

I still run my own multiple machines with Windows 3.1, NT 3.1, WFW 3.11, NT 3.51, 95, and NT 4.0. I don't like anything newer except that the family computer I use has XP Pro SP2 on it. But for my personal tastes, I like the old stuff, and particularly the 16-bit stuff LOL. The old NT 3.x versions run incredibly fast however. Here are the Microsoft directories of patches (yes, after all these years they're still here and probably will be forever!)
NT 3.5
SP3 (SP1 and SP2 are nowhere to be found but try a Google search for sp1_35i.exe and sp2_35i.exe),NT 3.51 SP2, SP3, SP4, SP5, and post SP5-hotfixes, and
NT 4.0 SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4 is nowhere to be found (but try a Google search for sp4_400i.exe or nt4sp4_i.exe), and SP5, and SP6 is nowhere to be found. Although unless you're running new programs with these OS you don't need them, as I can't understand anyone running a new program on an old OS anyway; I run old programs on old OS's, LOL.
Linux users point to Cardfile as the best program ever made by Microsoft. They just can't resist sarcasm can they?
Well, it still works in Win7, so there's gotta be something said for compatibility.... Although I run Linux on an old machine, I never understood the Linux users' "smugness"...
