Why not try to port Mozilla to w3.1

I know nothing of programming, but I would guess that it'd be too slow to be worth it... Mozilla's performance on somewhat lesser systems running Windows 95 or 98 is less than desirable, so using it on a system where DOS+Windows 3.1 is the preferred setup would probably be near unbearable.
