Try www.tucows.com
BTW msie 5.0 (16 bit version) works with Win 3.1 and is IMHO better. I obtained 5.0 from tucows.
John

After using 5.01 for about a year on a 486dx2-66 with 32 Meg of RAM, I reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled DOS and Win 3.1 and went back to version 3.03 which I believe runs faster on an older machine. I use Eudora Light 3.01 for email on that machine.

DR do you get a lot of script errors using version 3.03. If not it must be something wrong with my copy.

I agree with John Sparks, Ie5 is much better and a little faster as well. The best place to download a Microsoft Browser is at Microsoft.com. Go here for ie5:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/ie5.htm
If you absolutely want ie4, use the search page at Microsoft, it is availaible
Also, like DR says, ie3 is much faster than ie5 on older systems, but it is also a lot more fragile. Janet is right, script errors are frequent, when it does not crash altogether (usually a G.P. Fault in MSHTML16.dll). I use ie3(on drive D) and ie5 and Netscape 4.08 (on C) myself and i like ie5 a lot. Outlook is definitely superior to Communicator, althoug the browsers have both their + an -. Basically, i recommend ie5!
Warning: Do not install ie3 and ie5 on the same harddrive, they don't like each other, i know something about it!

Try this site but I'm not yet because it didn't
work when I was trying
www.forthnet.gr/microsoft/IE3_win311-NT351_English.html
