WTF is it for? February 15, 2002 at 15:49:13 Pacific

It is a 7 disk download, (the same size as Windows 3.1), I am wondering if it is a GUI for DOS similar to Win3.1, or if it is just an enhanced desktop for Win3.1. Also, what features does it have that Win3.1 does not besides a smoother desktop?

I believe it is an ehancement for Win/wfw 3.x with a lot of good tools-

Calmira is a lot smaller and gives win3.x a Win9x look and feel
