Go in Options (top of screen) and check toolbar, drivebar, status bar. If your not happy with the way the toolbar look, you can customize from there as well

Or you have used the Windows 3.1 Y2K Fix. If so goto my PowerLoad Resource Pages and you will find the WfWG File Manager (as well as the 3.1 one) on my Windows 3x page.
