When I download pics, douments etc. they come very small. I used to be able to enlarge them. Also, at times it says neen awol.exe to open.

I think (if i remember right) waol.exe is a AOL (America On-Line) software component.

If you use AOL, maybe its corrupt? and an uninstallation, then reinstallation of the software may fix your problem.

waol.exe is an AOL component. Have a look at www.computeranswers.info which is a specialist AOL help site.
