I'm using an Aureal Vortex 8820 PCI sound card with Windows 3.1. The drivers for the card installed and work perfectly fine, the only problem is that the volume is pretty quiet, and it didn't come with a volume control program. Does anyone know where I could find a volume control program that would work, or some other way of adjusting the volume?

I am using powered speakers, but even at max volume it isn't very loud with this card in Windows 3.1.
As for Willow Pond Media Rack, I have that, but I haven't messed with it much, so I didn't remember it having a volume control. I'll install that and see if it works.
Thanks for that link by the way, that's actually a link to a very out dated version of my own site! I thought for sure that I had gotten rid of that old Web1000 account though, I had no idea the old site was still there. I just checked and I am still able to login to the Web1000 server. Now that I know that is there, I can have it redirect to the newer updated website (http://freaked.2ya.com) instead. Thanks!

Just installed Willow Pond Media Rack a few minutes ago, and it's perfect for what I need (both as a player and volume control). Thanks for the suggestion!
Kind of fun getting a Windows 3.1 system running again (especially since I finally have the correct drivers for this sound card), been a long time since I've used 3.1 for anything. Now to get Calmira installed...
