Microsoft says virtual pc only work if the host os is nt based.I want to used it with either ME or 98se.Any one know of an emulator I can use to run win 3.1 and dos 7.1 on a 9x machine.

The newest version (5.2) does require NT based systems, but Virtual PC 5.1 will also run on Windows 98SE/ME. I'm not positive where to find it, though...
