Viewing .jpg files with Windows 3.1

Is it possible to view .jpg files with windows 3.1. If not, how can I go about translating pictures so that windows 3.1 will understand them.

Open your jpgs in aol. Use 'OPEN' under File one the menu bar.

it to you or you can download it from many
downloading sites .
