I can't seem to be able to view attachments that come with my e-mail. I get a window that says save to file and so I save then I can't open the file. I think I'm doing something wrong. Any suggestions??

Don't save, try opening it from your e-mail and see what happens.
When saveing try save as.
Save as mail if the attachment txt save as a txt file.

When you save Your E-Mail You must make sure that you remember the name of the file you are saving and the directory in which you saved it. Also NEVER open E-mail attatchments without first saving them and scanning with your Anti-Virus Software; this will help to ensure that the dreaded consequences of what COULD have happened with the MELISSA virus....
