There is a filetype I downloaded a while ago that had a .VFD extention. What is a VFD?

Virtual Floppy Disk. It's the floppy image that's used on Virtual PC. VPC treats *.vfd disk images as if their actual floppy disk. They can be made from actual floppies and can work like the real thing.
What program did you download that carried the *.vfd extension
