Your question was posted on the Win 3x page. If you are running Windows 3.x, the answer is you can't. Windows 95/osr2.1 or higher handles limited USB, and in Windows 98 it is fully implemented. Also, if your computer is that old that it has the first generation USB ports, they probably won't work at all...many manufacturers rushed USB onto the market before the standard specifications were agreed upon industry-wide.
