I can't get a dial tone when I try to dial. I have tried Windows 3.1 Terminal, and Juno. PLEASE HELP!
first of all, are you sure your phone lines are plugged in correctly? Second,make sure you configure your modem settings correctly with terminal ie com 1-4, baud rate, and so on if you wanna check if your settings are correct after opening terminal and load your settings, type ath, it should say ok if your modem is configured correctly (as far as i know) and type ati followed by 1 to 9 with no space if they respond you should be set thats all I can think of right now GF

Make sure that you have also disabled the com port you are using for your modem. This should be done in your BIOS.
