Arh it looks US Robotics doesn't mantain a full list of their products drivers... I need the Win 3.11 drivers for US Robotics 56k fax int Sportster model 0460.

Real hard to find apparently, DriverGuide has few Win 3.11 US-R drivers...

I've looked around, are you sure this device had Win3.1 drivers made for it?. All I turned up were 95/b win98+98se drivers and some win2000 Xpones (some how) :P

Actually no, I can't say there has ever been one, but damn, it's a real old ISA board, that I know. I figured there should be drivers for Win 3.x around, as many manufacturers still made them available after year 2000...

Thanks for the effort...

If that's a 'real' modem [not a winmodem] it will have it's own UART and will show up as an additional COM port. You may need to assign address / IRQ and also disable on-board COM ports.

Try something like MSD to find the ports. And good old Procomm 2.4.2 to test it.

If at first you don't succeed, you're about average.

M2's right. Only a few WinModems (HSM/DSP or whatever you want to call them) existed for Win3.1 (I had one of them), and they were mostly USR 14.4's. By the time 56K's became popular, Win3.1 development had faded from memory, even though most of the early 56K's were ISA. WinModems require drivers (obviously) and a fast CPU (since they rely on the CPU to do the actual work). If you want to use Win3.1 on the net, an external (hardware) modem is strongly suggested...
