I have WPWin60 and need to know what update I can use, if any. I have a new Gateway laptop with Win98 and when I loaded WPWin60 on it my files are coming up "read only". I've moved them to MSWord but I hate that program! Help please if you can.
Try right clicking on your moved files select PROPERTIES Under ATTRIBUTES Unselect READ ONLY

Word Perfect 6.0 for Windows 3.1 was the last version by Word Perfect themselves. WP 6.1 for Windows 3.1 was published by Novell as part of its PerfectOffice Suite. As far as I know there were no updates to version 6.0. What happened to it after that I do not know! Try doing a search on WordPerfect on one of the many Search Engines such as Altavista or Yahoo and you may come up with something.
