to unerase deleted emails you will need to do the following:
1. Find out what directory your email is stored in. This can normally be found in the mail settings of your mail program. 2. Through MS-DOS, use the UNDELETE command to undelete the mail directory. (Example: the mail directory is c:\windows\mail->you would typ UNDELETE c:\windows\mail) It will ask you if you want to undelete individual files. Say "yes" to each file and your mail will be undeleted

If you are talking about deleted mail within your email client, provided you haven't set it to remove deleted items on exit, you can simply go in the deleted items folders, find what you want to recover, then move it back to inbox. In Outlook, use EDIT->MOVE TO and choose the folder (inbox) you want to send the message to. If your email client is set to remove deleted items on exit, i'm affraid it is to late, because the message was sent to the deleted item folder which was then emptied and saved empty (therefore overwritten) before Outlook closed.
Im sorry to say what Lightspeed says is correct for Outlook and Outlook Express. You do not however say which E-Mail Program you are in fact using? It may be differant for that package, but I doubt it. Individual E-Mail messages are not saved as DOS files so UnDelete will not work with them. Mikes way may work, providded you have not deleted more than once, AND you are not using Outlook!

You can ask Bill to undelete them for you. He might laugh a little though.

Summary: if you deleted them online (and not from Outlook Express, for example), i'm afraid the answer is that you probably can't. If you're really quick and go back straight away, they might be in the 'trash'...
