I am interested in translating some version of Calmira (standard, XP or LFN) into Greek. In the official website (www.calmira.de) it is stated that only Western languages are allowed to be compiled. I e-mailed the official developers asking if they could compile into an executable the translated-into-Greek files, but I never got an answer! I subsequently suppose that either they cannot handle Greek, for some reason, or that they don't regard Greek to be a "Western" language! I would't wish to comment on the second case (I just mention that the Latin alphabet is nothing but a modification of the Greek). However, I wish to ask if there is anybody out there, able to produce an executable (which will be meant to be the Greek version of Calmira) if I send him (or her) the translated files... P.S. I have translated nothing so far - this will depend largely on which version of Calmira I'll be given instructions to translate...
P.S. Had a newer glance on www.Calmira.de. The Calmira translation pack has been retired!"For now, if you want to translate Calmira, you will need Delphi 1.0 to do so", they say! I still wonder: is there another way?

You may be able to use a resource hacker, but i do not recommend this because there are some cases that the string rsource must match a string in a formulary (form, the way delphi calls windows).
Delphi 1.0 shouldn't be that hard to get, as it is an old product. It is probably very cheap in places like ebay.

I'm not sure about it, but I think you can use greek characters when your Windows version it supports.
The only way to translate Calmira is by using Delphi. The translation pack was removed because it workedn't very well.
ps. I don't think you will hear anything from the "official" developers. I'm pretty sure they aren't working anymore on Calmira.
