tools library for sim city 1.1

wondering if anyone knows where to obtain rmtools.dll so i can install this old version of sim city. a web search yielded nothing but different files of the same name. thanks a bunch.

Have a look here at Home of the Underdogs - you can download the individual Simcity file from that page.

I'm not sure if that's the version you're looking for, but it's from Simcity 'Classic' for Win31


Why don't they make computers that will do what we think we want them to do?
