This started happeneing today. When I load Windows I get a dialog box titled Time Zone Settings with a blank dropdown box and an OK button. I can't get into Program Manager w/o clicking the OK button. I did not install or change anything today. Please someone tell em what is up this is quite annoying. Thanks for any help!
