Yep, it's me with the old laptop again. I recently attempted to annihilate every trace of Internet Explorer 5.01 from the hard drive, but for some reason there's this box that pops up every single time I start Windows. It's a box asking me for my time zone and whether daylight savings is in effect, but the dropdown box and all its choices are completely blank. I had something similar to this before I tried to remove IE, the Internet Options in the control panel would never save my settings and the Privacy and Advanced tabs were all completely blank. I've tried hacking at the system.ini and win.ini files to no avail. I'm DEFINITELY not reinstalling because I have a ton of stuff on there and it takes FOREVER to copy everything back over one floppy disk at a time, plus I already had to go through the pain of reinstalling once before.
