There was an error writing to LPT1 for the printer (star NX2420 rainbow) the printer is out of paper. add mor paper To continue printing click retry.
My printer has plenty of paper. I went to troubleshooting and tried everything it said but it still doesn't print. This happened very sudden. The only thing I did was put more paper in.
Please Help. Is there is a toll free Number I can call to talk to someone ?

Hey, I actually have one of those old printers...Ribbons are hard for me to find....be sure that all the carraige tabs...the levers you pulled forward to reload the paper are in the correct place.... If it is tractor fed paper you loaded reload..and be sure the tabs are snapped back into place.
