I've configured a 3.x system to be Internet-capable (16-bit version of IE5 & Outlook). Only problem seems to be, I can't send mail. I've entered all the smtp/pop3 settings, and can receive mail;just can't send it. When I go to Microsoft's support page (supportservices.msn.com/us/smtptool/default.asp) & follow the instructions, I get the same error message no matter what configurations I make. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
