shutdown problems

CPU/Ram: 100 MHZ 32MB

Hi, After shutting down w 3.1 freezes. Mouse works, keyboard doesn't. Only way out is CTRL-ALT-DEL. I just installed drivers for soundcard, but I need them. Soundcard was not working before.

Go to ms update site , there is a patch for this
