Everyone try this , because share.exe's functionality is built in to win 95 and up the share.exe file that older programs are looking for has no real use. all yo uhave to do is go to notepad and save a blank file as share.exe in the c:\windows\command directory or in c:\ which is your root directory location depends on the program.

Thanks Sam took your advice and added a blank notepad to windows command folder as share.exe....this worked fine!
