I have an adapter that fits into a wide, thin. port on the back left of my tex inst travelmate. It has a suczi cable port and an extended keyboard port. There are 9 dip switches on its left end. I have a cd rom drive that accepts a scuzi cable. I don't know how to hook this up --dip switches, etc. Do I need a special driver? Everything connects but nothing new appears on the windows 3.1 screen. I would like to connect a cd rom drive to run cd disks and possibly install windows 95 on the travelmate. I am lost. Can anyone explain this to me? Thank you.
