realtek vga driver for win 3.11

I'm urgently seeking a copy of the driver for the Realtek Display Card PT-505X ref RTG3105IEH chip. I have the original disk for this (ref PT-505SZ/X), but this has been damaged and I can't use it now, and guess what, I didn't make a copy! Can anyone please either provide me a copy or advise where I could get a download of this. Please e-mail me at my above address if you have any info on this.
