i bought a new cnc program but it doesnt want to start. it says "ramdrive needed with single floppy machine" so if anyone could help it would greatly appreciated. thanks
Simply do what the message is saying: download a ram drive utility (I recomend XMS/EMS RAM disk v1.9i) and setup a ramdrive. A ramdrive is like a hard disk, exept that it is located in XMS or EMS memory (instead of a disk) and, as a consequence, loses all it's contents after a computer restart/power off. They are often used to store temporary files, as a ramdrive is faster than a real HD. Read the documentation for instructions on how setting up one.
