BUT COMPUTRER ALWAYS SHOWS THE SAME MESSAGE "Hdd Controller failure! press F1 to continue"!I THINK I NEED TO FLASH THE BIOS
(DISX-1234-121589) BUT I CANT FIND ANYWHERE

A 386sx likely won't have a BIOS which you can flash. You'll need to replace the CMOS battery, determine the correct parameters of the drive and then input the settings in the BIOS setup. At that point, you should be able to boot from the HDD, assuming it has a bootable partition.

The HDD controller may also have taken a dirt nap; you'll need to replace it if that's the case.

In all probabability this is a BIOS BATTERY problem.
