Anybody know of a picture editor I can use under Windows 3.1 that can handle jpegs. Im using a 486 to store tons of pics from my digital cam and was hoping to edit a few.

Try Jasc Paint Shop Pro 3 for Windows 3.11. I've used it for a while and really liked it.

I agree PSP 3 is fine, you could also give Graphics Workshop for Windows a try I`ve used the dos version on a PC emulator with good results I have them if you want me to mail them to you, neither programme is large

To edit jpegs you might like to try XnView or Irfanview for Win 3.x. Adjusting colors, brightness, sharpness etc.. is easy with those. Both programs are available from my Imaging/Multimedia section, as well as PSP 3.11 and GW 1.1y. You will also find Neopaint 3.2a, which is similar to PSP but runs in Dos.
