well, i just got this PHP booklet. so i figured i'd try and learn this thing in windows 3.1 for some reason. is there any browser with W31X support that can also support PHP?

As far as I know all browsers can display PHP pages, since the PHP part is executed on the http server. If you want serversoftware for 3.1x that supports PHP than you have to ask for that, but my guess is that its not available....
