PCI realtek net card to isa slot

I have a 486 dx50mhz pc. On yhe motherboard i can see some black ISa slots, with sound card (OPTI MAD16) , Video card (AcumosAVGA2) and other adapters. I have a REALTEk RTL8139 PCI Lan card family that are previously in a PCI slot i have removed the lan card from the pci slot (in another computer) and i wants to put it on my 486 can i put this PCI network card in a ISA slot?. NO totally different, go to a boot fair/thrift shop and pay no more than a few quid, look for any good make DLink, 3COM, SMC or states on card NE2000 compatible, drivers available.

Check eBay if you're in the States. The 3Coms are decent for old ISA cards. There's a 486 on my home net using an Etherlink III (3C509). And the drivers are still available on their website.
