MSN helpers cannot figure out why my Dad cannot send email on outlook express but he can receive. Any ideas? He uses MSN Access for his online provider. He has the newest edition of outlook express and he is using Win 95 and has a 28.8 modem. Any ideas? He is using hotmail and it works fine

Open outlook .go to tools then account.Look to see if your mail server iis in the big window.Has to be our you couldn't send mail. Click properties.Look in your incoming and out going mail.It should be the same If not then change.Click apply. Close outlook the restart. You should now be able to send and reseve. If for some reason this don't work you need to contact your server. And request them to mail you the info. On your internet connection.
