Only File On HardDrive is "Command.com"

Bought a refurbished computer, the only file on the harddrive is a "command.com", If someone could tell me what I need to do, then thanks would be in order.....Help!!

jimbo,
looks like your hard drive was formatted and made bootable only.
currently, you have no operating system..no dos-no windows.
you need to install an operation system, whether its windows95, 98, NT, etc. or even windows 3.1 but you'll also need DOS 5.X or higher for this one.

I just copyed dos on a few disks last night. If you need dos 6.0 i could send you those files.
