Old DOS game - name unknown

Does anyone remember a DOS game where you control a wee pair of eyes and a mouth and go round a maze made up of blue lines on a black background and you shoot these bullets that bounce around off the walls. the aim of it i think was to kill these wee bad guy things and shoot their nests. I remember it being called snipey but that dosnt seem to get me anywhere. Anyone remember it at all? I have a feeling it was a windows 3.1 game.
