oemsetup.inf is different for each driver, check with Zenith for a driver. You can also check out the drivers section at www.winfiles.com

I having the same problem with installing WinNt. Its asking for oemsetup.inf file. Where can you find a copy that file.
"oemsetup.inf is different for each driver" I had the same problem trying to install a graphics card,when the disk they gave me only had windows 95 drivers on it, and I expected to find windows 3.1, according to the booklet that came with the card. I'm going back to the dealer tomorrow, and demand windows 3.1 driver files. They clain *they have no problem* installing that card on win 3.1 computers, but somehow, all the packages on the shelf have the win 95 disk only. Poor quality merchandise for old win 3.1 computers...
