Does it give the error with a boot floppy inserted? Check the ribbon and power cable to the HD. Check the bios setup to see what the boot sequence is. Should be C,A,CDROM

Bill- Were you able to resolve your problem? I have the same deal. Boots to error and I must reinstall off boot disc to DOS. Then reinstall win 3.11 off disc. Real problem unless i dont shut down. Please E mail me if you can help. Thanks Dave G

I have seen that before ... And, you need to try to hit the esc a couple of times .... it is recognizing something else .... and that may help ....

Bill, the problem you have sounds like it can be resolved by taking a bootable floppy disk and copying the command.com file from it to c:\ if you still need help you can email me direct.
