Well, at least its not cluttered.:) Seriously, have you thought of checking it out yourself with a browser first? A web page needs more than a traffic counter to entertain the masses..... On the other hand, maybe its only a totally blank page to win 31 based browsers .....

What browser ARE you using? It's only meant for Internet Explorer, say, 4 or 5 and up.

The site is Pure HTML with Frames so an old browser may not display it

Netscape 4.08, Opera 3.61, Netscape 3.04, And several lesser known ones. None worked. I dont frequent pages that only use IE anyways, (thats why i took IE5 off my system)

I just thought i should add that it is, in fact, the first page that hasnt worked with either NS408 or opera that ive run into in well over four months ( and that includes winxp oriented sites too) Netscape 408 is ordinarily a very capable browser....Opera too, to a lesser degree

Doesnt work with arachne 171 either, just found out- your comment about "old' browsers is interesting, as both NS408 and arachne 171 are considerably newer than IE4, and ns4 is on par with ie5, timewise. Both support HTML 4, frames , and all the latest formats (arachne 171 is brand new, in fact). In my opinion, a site geared to win31 that cant be seen by the vast majority of win31 users is no site at all.. sorry.....

The site is meant to used with Internet Explorer 5.0 and above.
The site is NOT especially geared toward Windows 3.1. We do have downloads, pages, etc for Windows 3.1 but we have many newer OSs.
