wayne, unfortunately, there is no "smart update" for windows 3.1x or wfwg 3.1x. however, there are several sights on the internet, including microsft, that have updated files that you can download ("patches"). try mick c.'s powerload site: http://www.powerload.fsnet.co.uk/win3x.htm that page has a pile of updated windows 3.1x core files, as well as others like files from windows 3.0, some utilities, etc. james p.s. mick c. ROCKS!! ;o)
